Blinken says Russian 'crimes' mounting by the hour
U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken told the U.N. Human Rights Council that Russian 'crimes' in Ukraine are mounting by the hour, with strikes hitting hospitals, schools and residential buildings with civilians.
