Protests in Portland after Trump's National Guard deployment announcement
People demonstrated outside Portland's immigration detention facility Friday after the Trump administration announced it would send federal agents to the city to crackdown on protests. A federal judge in Oregon temporarily blocked Trump’s administration from deploying the National Guard in Portland, ruling Saturday in a lawsuit brought by the state and city.
