UN aid chief blames Israel's aid obstruction for famine in Gaza
'Be in no doubt that this is irrefutable testimony - it is a famine, the Gaza famine,' the UN aid chief said, describing the '21st century famine' in Gaza as 'a moment of collective shame'.
