Driver with ISIS flag rams into New Orleans crowd, killing 15
WARNING: GRAPHIC CONTENT - A US Army veteran, flying an ISIS flag, drove into a crowd in New Orleans' French Quarter on New Year's Day, resulting in 15 fatalities. The attack also injured about 30 people.
