“Morris from America” llega a Sundance TV

Morris Gentry, un adolescente afroamericano de 13 años se muda a Alemania enfrentando una nueva cultura y la complicada etapa de la pubertad, mientras que sueña en convertirse en una estrella de la música rap.

Con el correr de la trama, la vida de Morris se complica aún más cuando se enamora locamente de Katryn, una compañera de clase de 15 años, rebelde e imprevisible. El hip hop, su relación con Katryn y los consejos de su padre irán abriendo a Morris a un mundo de descubrimiento sobre lo que es el amor y la madurez.

Craig Robinson, en el papel de Morris Gentry, se consagró con un premio en el festival de Sundance como mejor interpretación masculina.

Estreno este sábado 16 de noviembre a las 8:00 pm por la pantalla de Sundance TV.
