Trump calls shutdown a 'big factor' in Democratic wins, demands Senate 'terminate' filibuster
Hours after Democrats scored major wins in elections nationwide, President Donald Trump addressed the results, saying they're not "good for anybody." Trump blamed the government shutdown in part for GOP losses and demanded the Senate end the filibuster.
