Kyiv asks allies to drop limits on strikes in Russia
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy told NATO allies that they needed to lift all restrictions on his country conducting long-range strikes on targets inside Russia if they want Kyiv to win the war against Moscow.
