‘The world narrowly averted a nuclear catastrophe last night,’ Linda Thomas-Greenfield, U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. tells the 15-member Security Council, convened following the seizure of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power in Ukraine by Russian troops.
