Macron says Russia, Ukraine committed to Minsk accords
French President Emmanuel Macron said both Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy told him that they were committed to the principles of the Minsk accords, offering a path to resolving their ongoing disputes.
