U.S. to invest another $1 billion in rapid COVID-19 tests
White House coronavirus response coordinator Jeff Zients said the government will buy an additional $1 billion worth of rapid COVID-19 tests to address a nationwide shortage that is driving up costs for state and local testing programs.
