Dashcam video shows moment bridge collapses in Vietnam, killing 64
Rescue operations continued in Phu Tho province, Vietnam, after a bridge collapsed as more rain fell from a former typhoon that caused landslides, flooding and power outages. The death toll rose to at least 64, state media reported.
