Beryl weakens to tropical storm, leaves 2 million homes without power in Texas
Hurricane Beryl has been downgraded to a tropical storm after sweeping into Texas as a Category 1 storm with heavy rains and powerful winds. The storm caused flooding and knocked out power to at least 1.5 million homes and businesses.
