Biden praises Kenya for stepping up to aid security in Haiti
President Joe Biden offers his deep appreciation to Kenyan President William Ruto for the coming deployment of 1,000 Kenyan police forces to help quell gang violence in Haiti. Biden also defends his decision to withhold U.S. forces from the Haiti mission.
