DOJ sues to break up Live Nation, Ticketmaster
Arguing that Live Nation and its Ticketmaster unit illegally inflated concert ticket prices, the US Justice Department and a group of 30 states and the District of Columbia have filed a lawsuit to break up the big concert promoter.
