Burger King must face lawsuit over size of Whopper
A US judge has rejected Burger King's bid to dismiss a lawsuit claiming that it cheated customers by making its Whopper sandwich appear larger than it actually is. Fast-food chain McDonald’s and Wendy’s are also defending against a similar lawsuit.
