Russia open to Ukraine talks, presses West on 'new territories'

As fighting intensifies around the eastern Ukrainian city of Bakhmut, the Kremlin said Russian President Vladimir Putin is open to negotiations on Ukraine but the West must recognize Russia's ‘new territories.’
