Dover Air Force flights deliver 'hope' to Ukraine
The rapid pace of shipments to Ukraine out of Delaware's Dover Air Force Base continue. 436th Airlift Wing Commander Col. Matt Husemann says "whether that's delivering bullets or it's delivering bags of food," the flights are offering "hope."
