Use of leaded petrol eliminated: U.N.
Algeria, the last country in the world pumping leaded petrol into vehicles, exhausted its stocks in July, the U.N.’s Environment Programme said – the culmination of a 19-year campaign to eradicate the poisonous substance from the world.
