Nissan plans 9,000 job cuts, slashes annual profit outlook
Nissan Motor said it will cut 9,000 jobs and 20% of its global production capacity. Japan’s third-largest automaker joins a growing number of foreign automakers struggling in China, hurt by competition from Chinese manufacturers in the booming EV market.
