OceanGate not for 'joyrides': company co-founder
Guillermo Sohnlein, one of the founders of OceanGate, said that regulations for deep sea submersibles were ‘sparse’ and that the company’s intention was not to conduct ‘joyrides’ after five people died attempting to voyage to the wreck of the Titanic.
