North Korea makes nuclear weapons policy 'irreversible'
After years of stalled denuclearization talks, North Korea has officially enshrined the right to use preemptive nuclear strikes to protect itself, a move leader Kim Jong Un said makes its nuclear status ‘irreversible.’
