COVID-19 victims remembered on Washington's National Mall
An exhibition of more than 650,000 white flags representing Americans who died of COVID-19 opened at the National Mall in Washington. Artist Suzanne Brennan Firstenberg who created the installation, said it ‘is a physical manifestation of empathy.’
