Deadly explosion rocks hotel in downtown Havana
A deadly explosion hit the Hotel Saratoga in Havana, killing at least eight people. Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel said the explosion had not been caused by a bomb, adding that a gas leak appeared to be the most likely cause.
