China asks Australia to step up missing ship crew search

China asks Australia to step up rescue efforts to locate the missing crew on board a shipping boat that capsized in the Indian Ocean. The 39-person crew includes 17 Chinese nationals, 17 Indonesians and five from the Philippines.
