WHO says Europe must act or risk tougher COVID rules
‘People sometimes ask, is the virus back? It has never gone away,’ WHO official Hans Kluge said, urging European nations to accelerate vaccine uptake and bring back mask wearing. Close to three million new COVID cases were reported in Europe last week.
