Ukraine, Russia sign deal to reopen grain export ports
Russia, Ukraine, NATO member Turkey and the United Nations signed a landmark deal to unlock Ukrainian grain and fertilizer exports from Black Sea ports, to help relieve a growing food crisis worsened by the war.
