Biden, Putin meet in video call amid Ukraine crisis
President Joe Biden and Russian President Vladimir Putin met face to face in a high stakes video call Tuesday as the U.S. president tried to put Moscow on notice that a Russian invasion of Ukraine would bring enormous harm to the Russian economy.
