Tropical Storm Elsa kills two in Dominican Republic
Tropical Storm Elsa battered the Dominican Republic, killing two people after a wall collapsed due to strong winds. Elsa's center was near eastern Cuba, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said, and heading northwest toward the Florida Straits.
