Blinken criticizes China on climate and stresses on resistance to Russia
Secretary of State Antony Blinken described comments by China that it would cease cooperation with the U.S. on climate change as 'punishing the entire world, and especially the developing world.' He also discussed the Ukraine war and the need to pose a resistance before Russia.
